Born Sept. 3, 1930, DeWayne, of Shaler Township, peacefully passed away on June 3, 2023, at
the age of 92.

Beloved husband of Marilyn and the late Nellie Irene; loving father to Shirley and Donald (Patty);
grandfather to Kelly (Scott), Kari (Mike), and Corey (Yaling); stepfather to Dave (Bonnie),
Richard (Lydia), Amy (John), and Sarah (Gary); and stepgrandfather to Tara, Troy, Moses, and
Matthew; petter of Hasco the Doberman. Survived by sister Rose; preceded in death by siblings
Lester, Carl, Harry, and Louise. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and their families.

DeWayne was a devoted member of Calvary Chapel Pittsburgh.
Army veteran (Sergeant) of World War II and the Korean War.

Per DeWayne's request, there will be no public viewing. A private interment will be held at
Mount Royal Cemetery. Calvary Chapel Pittsburgh's
Pastor Kevin may hold a memorial service at a later date. As an avid lover of the outdoors,
