Sarah "Sally" (Dillman) Yanzek, 77, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away surrounded by loved ones on Monday, August 2, 2021, daughter of the late Alvin and Helen (Sullivan) Dillman.

In addition to her parents, her sister, Mary Burke and three brothers, Alvin Dillman, Leslie Dillman and Paul Dillman all preceded Sally in death.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, John Yanzek; daughter, Paula Alexopoulos (Alex); two stepchildren, Karen Yanzek and John Yanzek (Amanda); two grandchildren, Joseph and Daniel Alexopoulos; brother, James Dillman (Connie); numerous nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.

Sally graduated from Shaler High School in the North Hills of Pittsburgh and furthered her education receiving her Bachelors at Slippery Rock University. She taught at North Allegheny School District and later retired after teaching for 30 years. Her life revolved around her love of family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all.

Friends will be received at the Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home, 2702 Mt. Royal Blvd, Glenshaw, PA 15116 on Friday, August 6, 2021 from 2-4 p.m and 6-8 p.m.  A funeral service will be held the following day, Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 9:30 AM in the funeral home chapel.

Inurnment will be held privately at Mt. Royal Cemetery with immediate family.
