Roger Dale Furr, 72, of Baden, PA, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2020. He was born Sunday, November 21, 1948, in Philippi, WV.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents Mary Rose (Boggs) Wentz and Dale Furr; his father, Glen Wentz; and his sisters, Deborah, Sandra, and Gloria.

Roger proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Baden American Legion, VFW, and was a Graduate of Ambridge Area High School, Class of 1967. He enjoyed golfing, shooting pool, and was an avid sports fan. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family at their camp near Conneaut, PA.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Suzanne Furr; his children, Cheri Percic (Kevin) and Michael Rimer; sisters, Valerie Dziabiak (Tom) and Glenna Ferguson; and his nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home, Inc. 2702 Mt. Royal Blvd. Glenshaw, PA., on Monday, October 19, 2020 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor John Spencer Officiating.

Interment will be held at Mt. Royal Cemetery, Glenshaw, PA. Military Honors will be accorded by the American Legion Post #820.
