On Friday, January 1, 2021, Robert H. Hauer, 95 of Cabot, PA, passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late, Jeanne Hauer; brother of the late, Irwin Hauer; and brother-in-law of Doris Hauer. He is also survived by his niece, Becky (Russell) Cook; their daughters, Sarah and Diana Cook; and several cousins. Robert was also the God Father of Gary Bartram, Kim Watson, and Robbie Bartram.

Robert and Jeanne were married at Trinity Lutheran Church, Mt. Oliver, in 1964. They attended Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, West View, until 2006. When they moved to Concordia, in Cabot, they attended St. Luke Lutheran Church.

Robert served his country in the United States Navy, from 1943 to 1946. He worked as a machinist until his retirement in 1989. He enjoyed gardening, star gazing, and crafts.

Friends will be received in the Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home, Inc. 2702 Mt. Royal Blvd. Glenshaw, PA., on Tuesday, January 5, at 10:30 a.m. when a Memorial Service will be held to celebrate Robert's life.

Interment will be held at Mt. Royal Cemetery, Glenshaw, PA.
