Brother of Elizabeth Simmons and Shirley Greene.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Eleanora Fink, his sister, Virginia, his twin brother, Ralph William Fink and his infant son, Robert S. Fink, Jr.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to the Hampton Volunteer Fire Department.
