Richard Paul Rogers, age 78, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on October 28, 2023, Son of the late Stella Rosella Blatt. He was the beloved husband of Louisa Rogers for 48 years; Father of the late Karen Rose Alexander and the late Joyce Lee Rogers and the Grandfather of Joshua Alexander. Richard worked 30 years as a conductor engineer for the railroad. He loved playing chess and proudly served in the United States Army. Friends received Thursday, November 2, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home, 2702 Mt. Royal Blvd, Glenshaw, PA 15116; where a funeral service will follow at 4:00 PM. Private interment in Mt Royal Cemetery.
