Obituary

This is to celebrate the life of Raymond James Lippert we knew and loved as Jim.

Jim passed on May 8, 2024. Jim is survived by his Brother Dave Lippert and Dave's wife Sally (nee Love); his niece Suzanne Maslanka (nee Lippert), her husband Justin and her children Samuel, Isaac, Abigail and Levi; his nephew Brian Lippert, his wife Angelica (nee Scott) and their son Gavin; his niece Laura Rugh (nee Lippert) and her husband Adam. He is predeceased by his mother and father Raymond and Dorothy (Blose) Lippert.

Jim was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on August 30, 1953, to Raymond and Dorothy Lippert. After graduating high school Jim went to work for the H. J. Heinz Company for 38 years. Jim retired in 2007.

Jim was a loyal and faithful son, brother, friend, and neighbor. Those who knew him knew he loved his cars and trucks over the years and immensely enjoyed following the race car circuit. He helped us, his family, in a countless number of ways over the years as well as the neighbors around him. He committed his life to Christ and put his life in God's hands. He will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 13, at 11:30 a.m., at the Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home at 2702 Mt Royal BIvd., Glenshaw, PA 15116.

Jesus said "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?" John 11:25-26.
