Norman Charles Stauffer, age 81, of Shaler, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. Norman was born on March 13, 1936, in Etna, PA, Son of the late Charles and Mildred (Stadler) Stauffer.

In addition to his parents, Norman was preceded in death by a son, Steven Stauffer.

He served in the United States Air Force and was member of the Shaler VFW and the DOH club in Etna.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife of 53 years, Karen Davis Stauffer; his children, Dana Turner (Stewart), Christine Zinsser, and Erik Stauffer (Linda); grandchildren, Nicole, Stewart, Tamara, Dylan, and Stephanie; and two siblings, Richard Stauffer and Janet Neuman.

Friends will be received in the Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home, 2702 Mt. Royal Blvd, Glenshaw, Pa. 15116 on Friday, March 17, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8PM.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 1:00PM in the funeral home chapel.

Interment will be private.
