Linda A. Treater, age 75, of McCandless, passed away on May 3, 2024. She was the beloved wife of Richard Treater; Cherished mother and grandmother of Jennifer Treater and her daughter Amaya, and Eric (Elizabeth) and their sons Greyson and Archival; Daughter of the late Raymond and Florence Ninehouser; She was the loving sister of Raymond (Mary) Ninehouser, Mary Anne (Dominic) Gasbarro, Dolores (Evan) Prettyman, and the late Robert Ninehouser and Doris (Vern surviving) Green; She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

Linda was known for gravitating to glitz and glam and loved a little sparkle in her life. She was an avid Steeler fan and enjoyed listening to Billy Joel. She adored spending time with her grandchildren and will be greatly missed.

Friends and family will be received at Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home, 2702 Mt. Royal Blvd. Glenshaw, PA 15116 on Thursday, May 9, 2024, from 6-8pm. A Funeral Blessing Service will be held on Friday May 10, 2024, at 11:00 in the Funeral Home Chapel with Interment at Mount Royal Cemetery to follow.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Animal Friends of Pittsburgh (www.thinkingoutsidethecage.org/donate-now/).
