Lawrence O. Halligan, age 68, of Shaler, passed away, on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, son of late Olan E. Halligan and Margaret L.(Fogelsonger) Halligan. Lawrence was born on October 2, 1948, in Pittsburgh, PA.

Left to cherish his memory are his four daughters, Kristy M. Sipko (Joe), Marcie Hannan (Kevin), Lauri Smetanka (Rick), Maggie Halligan; five grandchildren, Brandon, Ryan, Kari, Megan, Kayli; one sister Linda Summers (Lee); three nieces and two nephews; two brothers-in-law, Lance Wilson, Frank Pepe and family friend John Ake.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his 2 sisters Terry Pepe and Sherry Wilson. Lawrence was an avid member of The DOH Club and Jockey Club of Etna and also a part of the Local Sprinklers Fitters #542 Union.

Friends will be received in the Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home, 2702 Mt. Royal Blvd, Glenshaw, Pa. 15116 on Monday, June 19, 2017 from 4PM until 8PM. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 11:00AM.

Interment will be held in Private.
