Joan D. O'Neill, Age 85 of Conneaut, OH, passed away on August 8, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late James O'Neill; Loving mother of Mike (Linda) O'Neill, Tim (Janine) O'Neill, and Heather (John) Jackson; Proud grandmother of  Justin, Aislinn, Moira, Liam and Truly O'Neill, Adrien Jackson, and Mitchell, Dylan, and Caden O'Neill; Great grandmother of Harper, Elaura, and Sullivan; Daughter of the late John and Ethel Mackie; She was the loving sister of Terry (Debbie) Mackie, Susan (Dennis) Slopey, and Scott (Cindy) Mackie; She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, friends and family.

Friends and Family will be received Monday, August 11, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, at Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home 2702 Mt Royal Blvd, Glenshaw PA15116, where a funeral service will be held at 3:00PM following the visitation. Private interment at Mt Royal Cemetery.
