James J. "Jim" Delo, age 72, of Brookville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 after a short, but intense battle with AML Leukemia. Jim was born on September 28, 1944 in Pittsburgh, PA, son of the late Oliver J. and Evelyn (Muschick) Delo.

Jim served as a Staff Sgt. in the PA. Army National Guard for 37 years. He worked at Glenshaw Glass as a Mold Service Foreman for 38 years. In his spare time, Jim was also a member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association PA. Chapter I.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 50 years, Patricia L. Delo; his children, Becky (Rich) Geyer, Amy Davies (Jay Slosky), Cindy (Michael) McIntyre, James (Wendy) Delo, Jr., and Dana Delo; his grandchildren, Jonathan Linn, Joey (Kathryn) Linn, Maxwell Davies, Alyssa Maynard, Randy Maynard, Kaylee Maynard, Riley McIntyre, Cooper McIntyre; and great grandson, Jayden Linn.

Friends will be received in the Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home, 2702 Mt. Royal Blvd, Glenshaw, Pa. 15116 on Saturday, July 1, 2017 from 10:00AM - 12:00PM. A funeral ceremony will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel.

Interment will be held in Mt. Royal Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jim''s name may be made to Camp Friendship, The Arc of Jefferson and Clearfield Counties, 56 Hoover Ave. DuBois, PA 15801.
