Age 89 of Pittsburgh PA on April 4th, 2025.  Affectionately known to most of his friends and family as "Uncle Frank" he was born on February 4th 1936 in Pittsburgh to the late Joseph and Wanda (Palczynski) Lipinski.  Frank attended Shaler high school and got an early start in the electronics field from working at "Evergreen Electric" and "Don Nichol's" camera shop both in Millvale.  Frank then partnered in the ownership and operation of "Tapetronics", an electronics repair shop also in Millvale. Frank moved on to Sony electronics as a repair technician and retired from their Wexford location.  In his spare time he loved remote-controlled airplanes, CB radio's, and new cars.  He was always local around the Shaler township area and his friends and family will always remember his fascination with clocks and time.  He loved all animals, especially cats.  His 2 long-time cats Sheba and Mollie were his favorites. Sadly, late in life he lost his vision due to glaucoma and required frequent help from his family.  Frank is preceded in death by his loving wife of over 50 years Amy "Honey" (Wilkerson) Lipinski who was always by his side as well as his sister Sylvia (Lipinski) Rabenstein and brother Raymond Lipinski.  Frank is survived by brothers Robert (Sue) Lipinski and Anthony (Bonnie) Lipinski as well as many Nieces and Nephews.

Friends and Family will be received on April 8, 2025 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM at Kyper Funeral Home, 2702 Mt Royal Blvd, Glenshaw, PA 15116. A Blessing service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 11:30 AM. Private interment at Mt Royal Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers consider donating to the American Foundation for the Blind ( www.afb.org ).
