Loving wife of Russel, devoted mother to James (Janice) Winter, Deborah Lynch
Grandmother to Jamie (Bernie) Lynch Weber, Elaina Winter, Stacie (Jeffrey) Lynch Yarosz, Evan (Leslie) Winter.
Great Grandmother to Ian & Colby Weber, Ava Grace Yarosz, Corbin, Sidney, and McKenzie Woodley. Preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Marie (Ebner) Penisch, and sister Garnetta Baranowski Betkowski.
Dorothy worked for Bell Telephone Company as a telephone operator. During WWII, she served by writing to scores of soldiers and making cookies for them. She was active in Christ Lutheran Church, AARP, and a 50 year member of the Eastern Star. She also served the community at the election polls in Shaler for 30 years.

Friends will be received in the Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home, Inc. 2702 Mt. Royal Blvd. Glenshaw, PA., on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 from 3-7PM. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at 11:00AM .
