It is with deep sadness, at the loss of such a wonderful man, who loved his family, life and always brought a smile to everyone he met, Daniel Sagi, Age 68, of Pittsburgh, passed away on May 31st, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Diane Sagi; Loving father of Raymond D. (Morgan) Sagi; Proud grandfather of Bowen Steele; Son of the late Stephen and Lois Jean (Deet) Sagi; He was preceded in death by his brother and sister, Steve, Rich and Sue; He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, friends and family.

Dan served in the United States Army where he retied as a Sergeant after 24 years of service. Prior to the Army he served 2 years in the United States Airforce. Dan achieved an Associates in Science Degree. He was happily married to his wife, Diane, for 25 years. After retiring from the Postal Service after 30+ years, Dan enjoyed spending his time hanging out at the pool, going to the beach with his family and going to casinos. He took up carving themed walking canes out of fallen branches he found. He would give them away as gifts and people were always amazed by the craftsmanship.

Friends will be received Tuesday, June 3, 2025, from 2:00 – 4:00 PM & 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Kyper Funeral Home, 2702 Mt Royal Blvd, Glenshaw PA 15116; A blessing service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 11:00 AM, Fr. Mazurek to officiate; A private interment will be held at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
