Charles Wallace Klein, Sr., 85, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2020. He was born May 21,1934, in Sharsburg, son of the late Stephen and Helen (Michaelis) Klein.

In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his sister, Janet Klein.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Charles Jr. (Michelle) Klein, Tina (Carl) Maerkle, Sherrie (Scott) Wasielewski; eight grandchildren, Ashley, Ethan, Samantha. Scotty, Krystal, Andrew, Vicky, Justin and one great-grandchild, Nova.

Charles was a city of Pittsburgh Police Officer with over 25 years of service. Prior to being a police officer, he worked as a mechanic. He was passionate about working on cars and motorcycles. He was a proud member of the Pittsburgh F.O.P. Lodge and N.R.A and loved hanging out with his beloved dog, Agatha.

Friends and family are welcome to attend a Funeral Service that will be held in the Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home, Inc. 2702 Mt. Royal Blvd. Glenshaw, PA., on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at 2:00PM with Ken Haselrig officiating.
