Alex G. Daniels, 91, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on Friday, January 20, 2023. He was born on June 18, 1931 in Etna, PA, son of the late Alex F. Daniels and Ann (Kirschner) Daniels.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Rose M. (Blank) Daniels; children, David (Mary) Daniels and Deb (Bill III) Hughes; grandchildren, Bill IV (Nicole) Hughes, Alena (Milon) Leybovich; great-grandchildren, Mia, Max, Billy V, Bobby; sister, Shirley (Joe) Schwartz; several nieces and nephews.

Alex was a loving husband of 70 wonderful years to his wife, Rose. He was the owner of Daniel's Electric Service and an Instructor for 36 years as a Sr. Chief Petty Officer in the Navy Reserves. Alex was a dedicated and life long member of First Congregational Church of Etna. He was also a member of DOH Club and Jockey Club. Closest family and friends will cherish his fond memories forever.

Family and friends will be received at Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home, 2702 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw, PA, on Sunday, January 22, 2023, from 2-6pm. A Funeral Service will be held the following day, on Monday, January 23, 2023, at 10am in the funeral home chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be given in his memory to First Congregational Church of Etna .
